  Wouldn't know booked a date , no one phoned or even emailed to say anything tunred up and its closed due to low staff

  Online order took over an hour to arrive, for was stale and inedible. Not just the driver to blame, the fries didn't even appear cooked well. They take no responsibility for this, no attemt to make amends at all. Pass the blame game. What they can't blame others for though is failing to label food at all leaving us to do a guessing game of what was what and play dietary disorder roulette with food one of us can't eat.

  Excellent burrito, very flavourful. Id recommend asking when the last batch of fries was cooked, I got a portion that was quite cold and dry (they did very kindly replace them with a fresh batch which were scrumptious). Very tasty burrito bar, would eat here again!

  I haven't had a burrito from here before and with a nut allergy I am always nervous, but the manager and his team in store made sure everything was clean for me and handled walking me through every step of the process including explaining things that may not have flagged up as a possible no-no for me (e.g mustard in coleslaw etc). Genuinely made the food better and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you so much for your care and kindness!

  Had a loaded burrito and a beast. Neither of which were wrapped properly so completely fell apart, had to back and ask for more foil to attempt to hold it together but still had to use cutlery and then just gave up after wasting a lot money on 2 burritos. Got shouted at (to the few of us waited) that there was no chicken with no politeness so then had to order premium meats instead at the extra cost because the other 'free' option doesnt appeal. When putting guacamole and salsa in the wrap, this was done so carelessly that it was actually on the foil and not the wrap.
