Even though this is a 3rd party cafe it’s silly that they don’t allow you to eat Tesco bought products in the cafe, not a big issue when they have plenty of space, Karen in the caf.

We went for something to eat on 18/03 and ordered 3 meals and 3 drinks which came too £28. We waited 20 minutes then realised others peoples food was arriving before ours so we asked if we could have an update , we were then told the first order hadn’t been passed on and they didn’t know what we ordered. We then gave ‘our’ receipt for the order and was told they would do it right away , no apology of any kind was offered. When the food arrived my grandmothers and fathers was stone cold and mine was wrong , I ordered a jacket potato with tuna and it came with chilli. With all the mishaps I cancelled my order and a refund was given but no apology of any kind was given again. We will not come here again which is a shame.
