  Terrible customer service. The girl who tended our table would not stop making excuses for bringing my daughter's meal after everybody finished. And a friendly suggestion of to let the customer know in advance was completely ignored with an eye roll and walked away! A nicer attitude, a sincere apology would have been appreciated. Ruined my daughter's birthday dinner, and not even said sorry. Average food, not worth the wait!

  Went there today for lunch. It was quiet. But clean and the staff were attentive and friendly. As a venue I liked it. Had the new menu today and the prawn and chicken turmeric bowl with a drink for £14. The food was a let down. Well presented but bland and tasteless. If I visit Wagamama again I would not order it.

  Food was bland and cold. A few hours later and my husband has stomach ache and is starting to feel sick. Very expensive for undercooked and bland food. I do not recommend at all!

  Arrived at 22:30, and was told they will only do takeaway as they close in 30 mins which was fine. Service was great, the waiter that greeted us and took our order was kind and patient. But we then waited 30 minutes for our food. When he started eating we noticed the noodles in the ramen and the soba we significantly overcooked. The dishes themselves lacked flavour and smelt like a damp tent.
