  It was very busy when we were there I found it very disorganised and although some of the staff were very good the bad staff spoilt the experience. The dish I was served was tasteless and overpriced for what it was. The White chocolate and ginger cheesecake is gorgeous.

  I went on my own for the first time last week mid july 2026. Yes OK something different, bit pricey for what it was - you don't get overfed. Went again this week with 2 family members and did not know about serving of food when it is ready, 2 of us had our meals the third plus sides didn't arrive. When we called the waitress, then the manager we were informed of the policy. What if we were a table of 8??? Everything echoes in there and you might sit on a table of 3 groups!! High, low stools, high low tables, benches-- most uncomfortable. Youngsters seem to enjoy it but they don't know how a family meal should be eaten. NEVER AGAIN.

  Took 20 minutes to take our order. Further 20 minutes to bring out food and only brought food for one had to wait another 10 minutes for the second and that was after going inside to remind them. Wrote the wrong table number down, never met the waiter that we were “assigned” to. Noodles once they came out were not even kidding, mushy and over cooked. The restaurant wasn’t busy or anything either.

  Terrible customer service. The girl who tended our table would not stop making excuses for bringing my daughter's meal after everybody finished. And a friendly suggestion of to let the customer know in advance was completely ignored with an eye roll and walked away! A nicer attitude, a sincere apology would have been appreciated. Ruined my daughter's birthday dinner, and not even said sorry. Average food, not worth the wait!
