  Ordered a breakfast the lady who brought it out was very mardy all the tables was very dirty and food was all dry wouldn’t recommend

  I ordered my wrap at the same time as the person I was dining with, however my food arrived around 20 minutes later than theirs. As a result, we had to eat separately, which was disappointing and spoiled the experience. I also ordered a drink with my meal, but this never arrived. I mentioned this to a waitress, who said, “sorry, we are behind with our orders.” However, it would only have taken a moment to bring over the bottled water I had ordered. Unfortunately, this never happened and I ended up leaving the restaurant without the drink I had paid for. Overall, the customer service was very poor and the experience was extremely disappointing.

  Can no longer go to the counter and order your food, it must be ordered through a touch screen with card payment only. You can also no longer customise and food on the menu which is very disappointing if you have any allergies etc. Asked staff and they said the food is sold as seen and they aren’t allowed to take anything off of the food. Disappointing.
