  I had such a lovely experience at Wingstop Bristol Cribbs Causeway, and I especially want to give a big thank you to Sharon for her amazing customer service! She was so kind, welcoming and friendly, and always had a lovely smile. Her positive attitude really made the atmosphere feel warm and enjoyable. She gave us the kind of service that makes you feel genuinely valued as a customer. The food was great, but Sharon’s fantastic service made the whole experience even better! It’s staff members like Sharon who make you want to come back again — not only for the delicious food, but also for the wonderful service and atmosphere. Thank you, Sharon, for making our visit so enjoyable! You’re a star!

  There was only one guy on the till and serving the food so it was a bit frustrating to see my food sitting under the hot lamp for ages without it being brought. The air conditioning unit above my table was dripping water. The only drinks available were Fanta as all the others were unavailable. However the food was nice and the things above could easily be fixed by putting a competent manager in place.

  Food was good but Bella, babe, I think you need to look for a job in any other industry than customer service. You were the rudest server I have EVER encountered and I’ve been to my local McDonald’s during peak rush. Maybe if you stopped eyeing up your male colleagues while we were attempting to order you would be able to hear us and wouldn’t need to be so rude about it. Ok?

  I come with my friends and a boy that I didn’t know was screaming, then they blamed my friends and would not give the food I payed for. They said they refunded it and it’s been a week and I still haven’t had it back, they didn’t tell me they refunded it I had to go up there and ask so the refunded my food without my knowledge

  Great food as always! I tried the wind stop style fries for the first time today when normally only have chicken, they have salt, pepper and sugar which shouldn't work but it really does!! Don't knock it until you try it! Great service from Sam today too, appreciate it.
