  Took about 15minutes just to get served. Then food took over half an hour to arrive, seemed more interested in orders for delivery drivers. However when food finally arrived it was good. Sweet potato fries were lovely.

  I used to come here for food about 2 times a week. Well not anymore,and that is because: 1. the portion sizes are about 50% smaller, tenders,chips you name it. 2. Massive waiting times. 3. Staff is a hit and miss,wrong orders,for ex today they didn’t bring any cutlery or napkins,they didn't asked if I need any either. 4. Just had a meal here and I am still hungry because of point number 1. Me and my friends will stop going Wingstop completely,not just the Cribbs branch in particular. I'll rather go Kfc or Popeyes for example,where they don't fiddle with making the portions smaller from a week to the other. Adios.

  Every time we come here, we have to wait 30 mins+ for food despite being told it will be 15 mins max. The food is always waiting on the counter for a very long time, the priority appears to be for the Just Eat deliveries rather than people eating in as the orders start stacking up on the shelves there with nobody on the floor receiving anything. Our food ended up being cold when it arrived, and I received the wrong food. EDIT: I filled out your feedback form as requested but because I don't have the receipt anymore, I am unable to submit the form.
