  had a fantastic experience at Wingstop! Jinath took our order and was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming, making sure we had a great experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, freshly prepared, and full of flavour. I especially enjoyed the classic Louisiana Rub wings. I’ll happily be coming back again. Highly recommended!

  Had a lovely wingstop today after the cinema - the food was extremely fresh, hot and flavourful and the service was excellent! I was served by a lady called jinath who was very friendly and attentive even when it was very busy. Shout out to her and for a very lovely dinner.

  Great experience at Wingstop! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the order taker was very helpful and polite. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. Everything was handled smoothly, and I’m really happy with the overall experience. Highly recommended! 🍗👏

  Popped in to pick up an order tonight for 2 of us, got all the way back home and realised one of the main meals was missing! We shouldn’t have to check the bag to ensure this has been packed correctly! Tried calling the number online to raise it and no answer after 3 tries. First and last Wingstop collection!

  Came into order wings. Was told not going to have to wait 15 minutes for wings turned spring and was happy with that. Then told 5 minutes later that they don’t have any wings. Said okay no worries we would like a ful refund then as we only came in for the wings. Manager walked up to the till and didn’t acknowledge us or say sorry. Refund was processed. But we weren’t told so stood there waiting for an extra 10 minutes until the cashier came up to us and asked are we okay? To which I said we’re waiting for the refund and she was like oh it’s already processed. So I asked for a refund receipt to find out that we hadn’t been refunded the drink which we hadn’t even filled up. When the manager came out she again didn’t acknowledge us again and walked up to the till and back behind I assume to get a higher manager. Who then came out and told us that he wasn’t able to process the refund as it had already been done for that order. To which we were a bit stunned as that’s not really our problem she should’ve asked. The manager then turns round and asks us if we would like free wings. Which got us to the point of being very angry as we were told there were no wings. He said it’s a misunderstanding there is just a wait so we told him we were happy to wait . And the only thing he could do was give us free fries and a drink so dreadful really Higher up manager was the only person with good customer service EDIT: I have also noticed that the admin who responds to comments on here gives you a link to leave further comments but that link doesn’t work. When you press submit it just endlessly fails
