  Absolute disgrace, ordered food at 7:50pm. An hour later and still no food despite the store being a 6min drive from our address. After ringing the store twice, they claimed they never had our order in the first place. Intentionally stating the wrong address, until I stated our postcode. As soon as the man on the phone checked with the postcode he found the order and confirmed the order on his end as being complete. Despite the fact it was never delivered, either he cleared the order because he never actually made it or the driver they employ stole it. It was more then likely he never made it as he offered to make it at another 30-40min wait... Why would the store replace the order like this unless the store screwed it up? I don't recommend ordering from this store it's current 3.5 rating just shows how bad this store is.... Also the member of staff who we were dealing with was not prepared to help in anyway or even check for the order while my wife was on the phone, as soon as I got on the phone his attitude changed.

  Called them and they started playing random music and ended the call so rude don’t recommend also found hair in my food unhealthy
