  Ignorant female staff member! I asked if they sold bicarbonate of soda and was told Tesco don't stock it (which is a lie). So I asked if they sold something for cleaning ovens and was ignored! I went looking for it anyway and found it in store. Paid and left. On leaving the staff member very loudly started discussing my query with the male serving staff, stating I was rude to ask about a product and whether to ban me from the store! I only asked a question!☹️

  To the young lady behind the till that thinks she excels at her job but but comes across a complete jobworth to customers. My wife has been refused alcohol and vape as ahe didn't have her ID; fairenough, I went myself; also got refused with an accusation of buying it for her, then we all went back me, my wife and my 2 kids, the lady at the till still thought we were under 18 and still refused to serve us or at least recognised she got it completely wrong. I understand the importance of responsible sales and checking IDs; however, the manner in which this situation was handled was unreasonable and inconvenient for us. A bit of common sense would have prevented this.
