  Came with my children, my friend and her children. It took another table to complain to find out there was a 30 min wait on food which we weren’t told. When the food eventually came out, where the food was sat for so long, the toast was as hard as a rock. My friend found a long dark hair in her food to which she told the only worker we could see about it. As we left, 2 workers were talking about it and we were then told by the table behind us that one of the workers were inspecting our plates to see if we were lying. Even though the other worker had already taken the plate with the hair away. I work in this store in the pharmacy and I am completely flabbergasted that this is how we were treated. Disappointed is an understatement

  Went there a month ago on a weekend. Food was either over cooked or under cooked. Cafe was empty still they took long to get the food ready. We also noticed the staff arguing among themselves. And for the quality of the food and service, it is overpriced.
