  Staff had no idea what they were doing, waited 25 minutes for an iced coffee and it tasted like plain milk, left it and walked out. No edits can be made to the food so didn’t even bother with it. £9 for two iced milks, wouldn’t recommend.

  Waste of money! Toasted fruit bread rock hard so probably stale before it was toasted. No butter available but not informed of this when ordering. Used to come here regularly with my father but won't be returning any time soon.

  Absolutely disgusting service. Took 40 minutes for food to arrive and was cold. Waited 45 minutes for a drink when approached male staff behind the counter to ask how long my drink will be I was told to meet him by the order point to got a refund? I didn't ask for a refund I asked how much longer I had to wait for my drink. He was very rude to say the least. There was approximately 6 customers complaining how long there wait was and he just brushed them all of with do you want a refund. There was at least 7 staff working in the cafe so they were not understaffed in any way. Very very rude

  Croissant wasn’t fresh at all. It was like the ones they give in airlines. Just heated up. By the time I had it, it was hard as rock. I expected flaky and crunchy fresh butter croissants
