I said it was fine but she insisted on topping it up! Great service and served with a lovely smile!

The baguettes are left completely without filling on both ends, and by at least a couple of inches, they are just presented extremely poorly inside the packaging. I very politely raised this by asked a staff member if this could be fed back, only to be told "we only get a certain amount of time to make them" and so Greggs, please review this timing process as you're producing sandwich baguettes which no longer appear appetising at all, even the packaging had the filling smeared on it, there's simply zero care taken in preparation and presentation which has unfortunately forced me to go elsewhere.

One staff member cleaning and the other colleague messing around with what looked like to be a radio. Didn’t even greet me when I was stood there trying to buy food so I just dropped my stuff and walked out. I won’t be returning either. It wasn’t even busy, she just seemingly couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge me. Save your money and go to parsons. Much nicer environment.

What happens to your leftover food?
We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
