Favorite Traditional Chicken pieces are prepared and cooked in store using only top quality fresh chicken from reliable approved suppliers.
Our Chicken Fillet Burgers, whether it's Traditional, Fillet of Fire or Double Ringer, are just that - all tender chicken breast hand prepared and cooked the way only Favorite can. The same for our Crispy Fillet Strips & Chicken Poppas, whole pieces of chicken breast, not minced, not processed, just natural succulent chicken.
Favorite Fries are pure potato, blanched in sunflower oil and all Favorite cooking oils are free from harmful trans fats.
In 1998 Favorite was the first UK food chain to declare a "GM Free Zone".

- LLLester LambSep 22, 20261.0Terrible customer service from this takeaway, I ordered 4 pieces of chicken and only 1 was delivered, I rang them up asking yo deliver the other 3 pieces as it was a family meal for us all and was told it was their mistake and could I order again tomorrow and get a discount, I said no I'd like the chicken tonight so that we all can eat and was told they have no drivers available due to me ordering through just eats when I see on their website if you order direct from them then there is a delivery option.. No help at all, and now I am struggling to get a refund from just eats cause this takeaway refuses to accept blame and release the refund.. DO NOT ORDER from this place. on a side note, the so called "extra crispy" chips were soggy and the gravy tasted bland as hell, chicken my wife had was nice tho and the popcorn chicken was tasty but yhe meal was ruined by us not having what we had ordered.. We WONT be ordering from here again and will tell friends and family not to either.

- CHClive HerbertSep 5, 20265.0Where can I start so I have been to many fried chicken places many like Miss Millie’s or KFC or local kebab takeaways And the chicken is very dry and the skin the best part of the meal of plant takeaways shops you only get a small amount of the chicken because it sticks to the skin but omg favourite chicken should get more love for there chicken because it brings a lot of chicken skin to the table and there is no skin left behind I hate chicken for many places but love it from here will defo order again

How can I order online?
Several of our Favorite stores offer online ordering through our website. If you search for your nearest store and see a blue box with ORDER ONLINE you can order direct for delivery or Click & Collect. If a store does not offer Favorite delivery you may still be able to order your delivery through our partners - JustEat, UberEats or Deliveroo. Their delivery radius varies so please check online or through your app.
Why does my chicken look pink?
Please note that our Spicy Crunchy Wings, Spicy BBQ Wings and our Fillet of Fire Burgers are marinaded prior to cooking in order to give them their unique flavour. This may sometimes cause them to appear pink in colour when cooked.
How can I change my delivery address?
You can change or amend your delivery address up until when you place your order.
Why was my order cancelled?
If there is a problem with payment or the store is unable to deliver for any reason, then your order may be cancelled. Any payment taken will be refunded within 72 working hours. For any queries, please email feedback@favorite.co.uk
What do I do if I have a problem with my order?
Firstly, if you ordered a delivery you will need to contact the platform you ordered through. If this was JustEat, UberEats or Deliveroo, please log into your account and raise an issue with them. If you ordered via our Favorite website or visited a store, firstly, please call the store to rectify your issue. You can contact us with feedback via email at feedback@favorite.co.uk. Please include your Order Number and the store you ordered from.
What meat are your BBQ ribs?
Our BBQ ribs are pork. At Favorite, we offer two options to franchisees when they open a store. A ‘Favorite Chicken’ store or a ‘Favorite Chicken & Ribs’ store. The ‘Favorite Chicken’ stores do not sell ribs and is an option available to franchisees who do not want to sell our approved pork ribs. Our chicken is from a halal supplier but as we sell pork ribs within the business, we do not claim to be a halal brand.
Are you a kosher or halal brand?
To best serve the local community and our franchisees, some stores are branded as Favorite Chicken and these do not sell our pork ribs. For any specific religious dietary requirements, such as kosher or halal, please contact the relevant store.
