  3rd time ordering from the Kingswood store and every time they Miss parts of our food or just give us burnt food. Today I received their special edition . chargrill Chocolate and Smokey Burnt flavoured cookies. Must be part of their new summer bbq range. Called up , no apology don’t care other than they will send someone in an hour to give us new dessert. Update 3 hours later I get another set of cookies. Told every 10 mins that driver around the corner but he didn’t even leave the store and admitted she lied to get me off the phone because they were busy. Guess what the BBq range was back for the second order . Second cookie photo below next to the first lot

  I had bad food and was tasty nasty was told I have refund in 3-5 working days last Wednesday and not got it and they could not find my order

  Horrific! Ordered an online delivery at 7.30am for a 6pm delivery thinking that this would be ample time for them to get it together. How wrong I was! Food turned up at 7.15pm crushed cold and and hour and 15 minutes late. Called the restaurant to complain and was told that I would be offered a £20 credit on my next order! No thanks, won’t be using them ever again and have requested a call back from the franchise owner and a full refund as all the food went in the bin. I would want to know how badly my business was being run if I was the franchise owner and also if I was Dominoes I wouldn’t want my brand name damaged by a poorly run franchise. Pizza is not a complicated food especially with so much notice! Avoid at all costs. If you drop the ball admit it and put it right properly don’t fob good customers off with poor excuses.

  Good place for pizza parking round back of the store and very friendly staff.
