  Never really had the best experience here. But was in a rush and decided to order here. 2 members of staff in at 19:10 dinner time, no self service machines on. Guy at the till looked as if he had no clue what he was doing, long hair out of his hat, no net. Guy in the back was just plodding around, no rush. At least 6 other orders waiting to be served. Cold food sat around for ages, restaurant was a tip and only half the seating area was closed so wasn’t much space to be messy. Honestly surprised this branch is still open. Such a big comparison between this one and the Venue one. Burger King may need to bring in a few unannounced Mystery Shoppers…

  If I could give it 0 stars I would. I’ve got food poisoning from here currently. I know it’s from here as my partner and I ate the exact same food yesterday except I had salad in my burger and he didn’t, 100% my sickness is caused from that salad, I’m a chef and I know how easy cross contamination is! We should have known it was going to happen, the place was disgusting! Food absolutely everywhere all over the floor, tables and seats it was hard to find somewhere to sit. The floor was also so sticky to walk on. Half the menu was sold out. Staff just stood there doing nothing when someone could have been cleaning down tables or sweeping the floor. Toilet was also out of order. Whoever was working yesterday should be ashamed of themselves, I’ve now got to miss days off of work just because you guys can’t seem to be hygienic and think of other people’s safety.

  Food all over the floor, bins piled high with flies all round them. Staff not knowing the drink machines have completely ran out even though still offering soft drinks. The entire place smelt revolting. Got offered a tango ice blast instead of my chosen refillable and even that was just coloured ice. And to top it off, the lettuce in my double chicken royale had gone off and gone brown. Staff look like they couldn’t care less.
