  If this restaurant’s staff had a race against a turtle, the turtle would win easily. The staff here are some of the laziest and slowest I’ve ever experienced. The service was painfully slow, and the staff seemed to have no urgency at all

  I can't comment on the food because we waited so long to order, we left and got food elsewhere!! We tried to order on the screens (4 times in total), put in the whole order only to get a message saying your order couldn't be processed go to the counter. There was a queue at the counter of people waiting to pick up their orders, but not one staff member taking orders. One other lady finally had her order after waiting more than 15 minutes only to be left waiting again because the order wasn't complete!!! There were so many burgers wrapped up and left out under the heat, some didn't move all the time I was there waiting to be acknowledged!! The only orders that were being prioritised were the drive through!!! We left and got food from elsewhere!!

  Absolutely disgusting went in today every table was covered in rubbish,food,grime. It wasn't particularly busy but not a single person bothered to clean. Had to wipe the tables and seats down ourselves. Food was like warm buns were stale. Avoid at all cost.

  Unfortunately finding a clean table to sit at was difficult, it wasn't that busy but looked like a food fight had happened all over with what looked to be the only bin in the place overflowing and surrounded by wet floor signs and milkshake all over the floor. Used table service and food came quickly that was the only positive.

  Attitude of the staff. Shop has a big sign in front of the door says closes at 11. But Shuts early at 10pm. I manage to enter from another door and spoke to one of the staff member. Tone of voice was heavy and refuse to back down or any apologies about false advertising. Her reply was I have to be able to drive so that I could be serve. if I don't, she won't serve me. Poor attitude and lack of professionalism. Won't be back again
