  Worst Burger King I’ve had. I ordered from the Burger King at Chepstow/Severn View Services and waited over 20 minutes for the food, even though it wasn’t busy. The burgers looked pale and barely cooked properly, the buns were dry, and the overall quality was awful. I also paid extra to upgrade to truffle fries, but there was no truffle flavour at all — it was basically just chips with some fried onions on top. The chips tasted stale and under-seasoned as well. We ordered two double bacon burgers and a Chicken Royale, and both me and my partner ended up putting the food in the bin. Really disappointing, especially after paying extra for upgrades. I definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

  Shabby surroundings, Luke warm food, under size portions, small order for 2 people and the lad tried to serve half the order & had to be promoted to find the missing remaining meal items. Place was empty, so no excuse

  Im in this burger king quite frequently and it always seems to be ran buy the same young lad, always talkative at the till and food is always great

  Came in early this morning excellent service from the 3 boys running the show, food was great although fries seemed a little underportioned.

  Staff were friendly, service was as expected for such a small services, the food was warm and one of the best burger kings we have had in a while.
