  Good large shop and staff are always lovely and helpful. To note most shops barely have any staff to front of store but Tesco seem to be the opposite. Most of there tills are all operational and they are always ready to serve you which is great. Of a night the experience is a lot different although the restock team is putting our stock and they are busy they do seem to not make it easy to navigate the shop. Other thing I’ve noticed is they seem to leave fresh product out on the shop floor for way longer than they should. I did a shop one night and left and had to nip back about a hour or so later and went down fresh meat and they stock was still sat there🤷‍♂️ Cafe wise is great, always busy but does offer decent food at affordable prices. Only gripe is the toilets. I do think they need to keep them clean more often as they seem to leave it until certain parts of the day to clean but it’s really hit and miss what experience you get. To conclude they are a good shop just think they need to ensure that the stock is not left out as it could pose health and safety issues.

  Had to call in to have a security label taken off an item my daughter had not had removed. Staff were very friendly and obliged even though she didnt have a reciept (they said they believed her) .

  Very disappointing experience with the Checkout Manager, June. I found her manner rude and felt that she did not listen to or show any understanding of my concerns. I appreciate that one less customer may not make a difference, but unfortunately, I will not be returning to this Tesco.
