- PPPaul ParkerMay 30, 20261.0I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but I had a really disappointing visit to the new McDonald's in Maghull (Unit 2, L31 1FP) today. I ordered a large McPlant meal and a large portion of chips, but when I got to the car, the quality was shocking. The chips were barely half-filled and looked like they’d been sitting there for ages, and the burger was a total mess—it was falling apart, and there were actually stray chips inside the wrapper. When I went back to the counter to ask for a swap, the member of staff’s attitude was honestly disgusting. It wasn't even busy, so there was no excuse for the poor food or the rudeness. Definitely won't be rushing back.

He resolved the issue promptly and apologised. If Mikey wasn't there, and I had to deal with the manager instead, this would've been a 1-star review. Well done, Mikey. Someone promote the man.
