- AAAnnaJan 8, 20261.0Uber order, not the first time this has happened but by far the worst, ordered gluten free items and other things, attempted to substitute the gluten free bread and porridge oats with regular items even though I had already ordered normal bread aswell. Half the items were out of stock so I ended up with things I could no longer use because of missing items a £49 order turned into £24 and I was left with nothing to cook for dinner. In this case they should just cancel the order so people can order from elsewhere instead of paying 2 delivery charges

As a disabled man, I was clearly struggling to reach items from the shelves, and not a single member of staff offered to help and just stared . When I got to the till, I was already flustered, but things only got worse — a young man who appeared to be the manager actually shouted at me to hurry up. By the time I left, I was a nervous wreck. The complete lack of empathy or basic human decency from the staff was shocking. I will never set foot in this store again, and I sincerely hope management takes a long, hard look at how they treat vulnerable customers.
