  The only complaint I have is the tesco workers and there trolleys are always in the way and blocking the isles.

  Believe it or not but I've never before shopped at Tesco, went there a Covid jab and was impressed by how bright and we'll laid out it was. After my jab I decided I'd do a little shopping. I was impressed by the depth of their stock, the cheerful helpfulness of their staff. I think I'll become a regular visitor in future.

  I have shopped at Tesco Stowmarket for five years since moving to Suffolk. It has been my regular shop and I often visit daily and am known to staff. I was very disappointed to be treated like a shoplifter this evening 7th May at 9.45 pm when buying an item that had a security tag. The operative on the self service till area demanded to see a receipt as evidence that I had paid even though he was stood beside me while I ran the item through the till. He was rude, abrupt, made no eye contact and gave no smile of friendly reassurance - he should not be working in retail. When I challenged his officious approach he said he had to treat all customers this way. Tesco is going to see a hit to its profits if he or other staff are permitted to continue to treat all customers like criminals. It is not appropriate. Customers should be treated with friendliness and respect and not judged as guilty with intent to shoplift without evidence of wrong doing. Tesco will not see another penny from my salary after this treatment.
