  Unfortunately we've had so many issues ordering from here multiple times and the management is incredibly rude. Tonight they delivered the wrong dip (which is whatever, we were going to let it go), and the chocolate dip for the sourdough dippers (which were essentially just cold sticks of unflavoured sourdough; they'd maybe been shown some icing sugar, certainly not had any amount added) had an absolutely revolting chocolate dip: it tasted spoiled and it was utterly inedible. The delivery driver was also very rude and made me take everything out of the bag myself without saying anything. When we rang up the manager was so rude and refused any sort of refund and was very unpleasant. We will not be using this place again. If we could leave 0 stars we would.

  I received an order with a spoiled and off chocolate dip. And when I called to complain, and stress I did not want a replacement, just a refund on the spoiled item, it was rudely and bluntly refused

  Ordered a pizza and bites. Said it was out for delivery. It’s now been 1 hour 20 since it’s ETA . Requested an update 3 times, called twice for over 10 minutes on hold and they’re not even picking up. They’re not cancelling the order and I can’t get a full refund as it’s not an Uber delivery drivers it’s their own.

  Ordered through Uber Eats, where the driver took 20 minutes longer than the expected time. With no updates, I called the store when a colleague told me that there were "no drivers available" To which I had asked him to cancel the order on his end so that I could get my money back. He outright refused to after I told him that he needed to call the store customer services number (I work with Uber alot) and he refused. Lazy worker who cannot be bothered to do what he gets paid for. Wont be ordering from here again.
