  Staying for a long weekend…. Self catering, this store is great. Got everything I could possibly need. A lot of negative reviews on here, not sure why, probably ‘Karen attitude’

  Awful staff, not helpful at all and rude. Only asked a question and the lady basically walked away from me as I was still speaking. Some people shouldn’t be working face to face with the general public, if they are not cut out for it.

  Went there tonight, everything was fine until the man at the till was trying to tell me that they only accept passports as a form of ID and didnt want to serve me, not only did i have my BRP with me but also had my Swiss ID and American ID he proceeded to tell me it wasn’t possible so i requested the manager who was the one that apparently told him they can only accept a passport. Manager then looked at my IDs and said it was perfectly fine and then served me. Definitely not going back. Very rude and disrespectful. Manager was very nice tho.
