- BCBeverly Cheverton4 days ago1.0Absolutely awful mcdonalds. Food was lukewarm. Chips had obviously been sitting out a while, didn't look like they had even seen the fryer. Chicken Burger was lukewarm, hardly any lettuce. Best thing was the tropical orange juice. Can't mess that up !

Manager called Robin was so lovely....basically ive never had a McDonald's before and dont think i ever will again.... it literally inedible... however the staff sorted it and gave me a full refund... so basically staff 10/10.... whatever is passed out of that window to you is not food.... Robin though needs promoting

Decided to just drive round to the window to order and been greeted or shall I say not greeted by anyone other than someone sitting down behind the window banging his hand on the wall. No interest in service anyone! Drove off without being able to ask what the hold up was! Used Whitehouse McDonald’s instead much better service. This place should let the staff go and start again!
