  Awful service. Food says 40 mins delivery, we’re happy to wait. Goes an hour, we call , 10 more mins We wait 15 mins , nothing Call again, 2 mins they say We wait another 15 mins, nothing Call again, 10 mins We say we would like a refund it’s so late , the foods gonna be cold & he said no it won’t . This is so so so so so poor service. Don’t order , avoid Uber eats

  Absolutely disgusting!, 3 days weve been told to wait for a call from the manager, due to getting food poisoning, we was up all night being sick, with diarrhoea, our sons had also eaten this food, they are extremely rude and unprofessional, on top of it the food was supposed to be delivered within 25 minutes, it took 50 minutes, then they had proceeded to forgot the drink, took another 40 minutes for a single drink to be delivered, our food was cold, hard.

  I’ve been ordering from here for a long time and have always been a loyal customer. On one occasion, I ordered a large bottle of Pepsi Max but was sent Cherry Pepsi Max instead. I gave it back to the delivery driver and then called the store. I was told it wasn’t a problem and that a replacement bottle would be sent with my next order. When I placed my next order tonight, I spoke to someone called Harsh and explained the situation. His first response was, “I’m new,” and then he claimed I’d only ordered from them a few times, which simply isn’t true. Instead of honouring what had already been agreed, it felt like he was just making excuses to avoid replacing the item I’d already paid for. It’s disappointing because I try to trust people and businesses to do the right thing, especially when I’ve been a regular customer for so long. Unfortunately, this experience has made me think twice about ordering from here again.

  I ordered a pizza for collection and while there was only one member of staff, they accommodated me very well. Sat down and waited for the order and they gave me a free drink for my wait! Very nice and the pizza was excellent as well, highly recommend

  We’ve ordered from them multiple times . Trevor especially is so kind on the phone when I had to edit my order and when he delivered the food he was so professional and sweet. The pizza is always on point and delicious and hot!
