Order never arrived, after various phone calls with staff over 4 hours they fobbed me off with the excuse that it’s Ubers problem and not theirs.

We had a delivery, 3 miles from the shop. Food had clearly been pre cooked or reheated. Shockingly bad. Dry and tough. Our previous experience was similar, but we just thought it was a one off bad day. At the prices they charge, I will be moving to support local independent.

I've ordered an hour ago I have had no response from anyone I have called multiple times and no one has picked up. I have been charged for the meal but won't receive it for god knows how long.
