  We love burger king but this bramch of it is the worst in uk, very rude staff going through drive through the food was dripping with grease 🤷‍♂️ the salad was rotten and soggy not crisp as usual, such a shame and waited 40 min for the order 👎

  Never have the loaded cheese fries they just melt the burger cheese and it tastes horrible!

  Absolutely awful service. I waited around 20 minutes in the parking bay just for a couple of small burgers. This is supposed to be fast food, but there’s nothing fast about this place. The staff looked completely unmotivated and there was no sense of urgency at all. Customers are left waiting while nothing seems to be happening. It’s frustrating to waste so much time for such a simple order. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience here, which makes it even worse. Management seriously needs to improve how this restaurant is run because the service is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this Burger King to anyone.

  Out of the new burger buddies. Out of coke. Awful sprite - not enough concentrate and not fizzy. Awful outside seating.

  Waited 10 mins for a cold burger. 2 cars in front of us with the server more focused on giving them a BK crown then serving people. The server didn't even given the standard "hi there sorry about the wait". My order game with a receipt that included the same type of burger that I ordered so I reckon they had a spare on the counter that they decided to throw my way. This specific BK has no standards or customer service anymore.
