  Food and service was alright but the seething area was pretty disgusting. The tables were really dirty and so was the floor.

  Took over 30 mins for 2 meals. 1 portion of fries was fresh, the other stone cold. The burgers were dry and I could see them sitting there, waiting to be packed for quite some time. The delivery orders were prioritised. The seating area was a mess, pretty much every empty table had rubbish or was needing to be cleaned. There was no sense of urgency and no apology for the wait when the order was finally ready.

  I visited the Burger King branch in the New Market area and ordered a chicken burger meal. The staff member preparing the sandwiches in the back was not wearing gloves or a mask. I saw him put his finger in his mouth and then proceed to make my burger. I brought this to the attention of the cashier, who just shrugged and apologized. I don't think this is acceptable and would like this looked into.
