  This place is terrible. 30 minutes late. Cold food and would not refund my money.

  We ordered with a 40mins delivery time. Food turned up 2 hours late, stale and cold. We called Up twice to be shrugged off and hung up on. When driver turned up he may as well have thrown food through the door and did not say a word

  Avoid! We waited over 2 and half hours for our delivery. Then it turned up cold and they forgot our chicken tenders. Spoke to the manager there and said they would issue us a refund. That was on 22nd May so two weeks ago, and we still have nothing. Also I did ring them the next day and someone else said it had been issued but we still haven’t received one. Don’t waste your money on this place

  Well what can I say originally they were going to get 2 at a push 3 stars. The app went from order created to order in the oven at a normal expected pace completely skipped the on way part and went straight to delivered which panicked me as I'm at a hotel. I called they said it's out for delivery so I thought I'd wait outside. 20mins later I called again and they said 10mins so I thought ill wait inside and wait for a call 20mins gone again and I phoned and the guy on the phone said he didn't know what happend and that he was my first drop and he was on his way 5mins later he turned up really pleasant polite and apologised and said not to trust the tracker. Took my food up opened It all and the only reason I go to papa johns is the special garlic sauce I ordered, no where to be seen so called again and said either refund or send it as didnt want my dinner getting cold and they said will send it so put my dinner on hold and. 5mins later they turned up apologised and gave me a free bottle of tango which was very much appreciated as in a basic hotel they dont tend to have fridges and its nice to have a cold fizzy drink with your meal

  Waited nearly 2 hours for delivery drive was outside my house then drove off, called the store twice and was on hold for over 6 minutes while they called the driver.
