- PDparth dixit1 day ago1.0Orderd 2 McPlant and both burgers are very cold fries are also cold soggy. Very disappointed
- MCMichelle Crowther4 days ago1.0Looked very under staffed. Floor was full of food. Bins overflowing....not good for a food establishment.
- PHPhil HarlandSep 17, 20261.0One of the slowest McDonald's for preparing food I've been to - not to mention one of the more expensive - two recent visits at 9:00am and the food took 15 minutes one time and 10 minutes the next time. Not busy in terms of footfall at that time yet all the people there clearly getting frustrated at waiting so long for breakfast. Staff also not particularly friendly and don't seem to want to be even there. Whoever manages this restaurant needs to get down there and see what is going on as this is not the experience I have had at other McDonald's - sorrt it out!
- JJJamieSep 15, 20261.0Avoid at all costs, every time an issue with order and wait times beyond any other McDonald’s I’ve been to even when hardly any customers. It’s worth driving to the other stores I assure you.
- LBLewis BowyerSep 2, 20261.0Not the best experience, firstly waiting for our order and seeing one of the chefs on their phone whilst making orders then for a gentleman that had been waiting a while just for a coffee to it come out stone cold and then waiting about half an hour for our order
