  When visiting today accidentally a plastic bottle fell in the refrigeration section which I was unaware of, Connor decided to make a comment on this, I apologize and told him I was unaware and did not see this. His reply to the customer was I needed to look harder!! I do not expect three staff are needed to fill one fridge, who may I add, did not move so I could access said fridge, also I don't expect comment from the employees like this!! Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. When asking to speak to a manager was told no manager available!

  Went in to get fuel and was served by Jonathan when paying he was very rude! I wanted to get some add some additional things to my purchase such as cigarettes and chewing gum and all I got was huffing and sighing. Like he didn’t want to be there if you don’t like your job not my problem don’t take it out on the customers!

  Told the staff member what pump I was on and used. Also had another product to buy they forgot to charge me for the fuel. I wasn’t aware until I got home, went back to say this has has happened and they charged me DOUBLE for the fuel. The supervisor was very rude and blunt and had no care for customers at all. I appreciate I was also in the wrong for not checking but the blunt and bad attitude I received from the higher up was disgusting. Won’t be returning to this station again.
