  Daisy was lovey and made the experiece really nice, she had a massive smile on dispite her coworker sultana being incredibly rude and judging constaly butting in. Sultana also decided to clean the counter whilst food was cooking and proceeded to use the same gloves to get our food out the oven. An employee without a name tag on was also cleaning the cookie counter with a spray and then procceeded to touch all the cookie with his bare hand causing possible cross contamination.

  For delivery I wait 20 minutes after she told me I will make your food after serve all customer. My questions is those who order online didn't they pay for their food?

  Pretty sure a toddler could make a better sandwich then this branch. This is the second occasion my delivered FOOTLONG. sub has the sauce everywhere but inside the sub like it had been applied while shutting the lid, but when you do peel back the soggy edges this is where you find all the meat in one big lump along the middle fold with the 'salad' scared to the edge of the bread where I can count all of 3 strands of red onion 4 strands of pepper on some miserable looking lettuce, I'm sure even the cheese has got up and run away at this point.

  This store at Pakefield was terrible. Wasn't busy i was waiting to be served and another family came in behind me and the employee served them instead of me and then. He ignored me again and served someone else. I had to leave as I had a bus to catch otherwise I would have said something there and then but I thought very rude. And when I phoned to complain they said just phone a different number to speak to manager.
