  Honestly disgusting service dont even bother with this place. Me and my boyfriend ordered the 45 pound deal an hour ago and it was meant to arrive 30 mins ago!! The order has been set as completed on just eat too and the drivers location is now off. The money has been taken from his account too. Absolutely nothing here and no one will answer the phone after calling multiple times. After looking at reviews its clear alot of people have said the same thing so im not chuffed. I will make an update if the food arrives but for now not pleased at all. Now reached half 10 when our order was meant to arrive and its been cancelled genuinely dont bother ordering from here its absolutely ridiculous.

  Took over an hour and 10 mins to be delivered food turned up luke warm and ice cream was melted and partner had ordered a giant cookie and 4 small ones turned up with a note on it saying sorry ran out so to sum up honestly probably one of the worst experiences ive had especially with the cost of it. if you live in the Beccles area do not order instead order O1 pizza as the food turns up hot and about 30 mins after delivery

  Ordered from here of just eat yesterday waited for over 2 hours for my food which never came called about 30 times got no answer called again was told I was going to be refunded within 3 hours never got my money back called again this morning and got told they need to speak with manger and will call me back absolutely outrageous worst place ever needs to be shut down immediately the staff was so rude on the phone aswell

  We made an order through Just Eat, waited an hour and a half then I rang Papa Johns only for them to say our address is outside the delivery range. They have taken our money, refused to deliver the food and after several phone calls refuse to refund us. Just Eat will not offer the refund as Papa Johns has 'completed the order'. Which they obviously did not. After speaking with their staff today on the phone they said 'this just happens sometimes'. No it does not. They have taken our money and will not give it back to us. I see many other reviews saying the same thing, it seems like Papa Johns is blatantly stealing money from customers and is hoping not to be held accountable. If the customer service team read this review I would like to open an enquiry about the return of my money.
