  BEWARE! On any transaction you make, whether it be one item or a big shop, ALWAYS GET YOUR RECEIPT— otherwise you’ll be dragged back into the shop my the Asian security woman and accused of thieving a bottle of ketchup and some breadsticks. Paid with £2 coin, had the exact change, but didn’t bother taking a receipt (obviously, because why would I need it?) and was falsely accused of being a thief! Made me go back inside, asked me which self-service till I had paid at (even though they couldn’t even access the history of transactions on the till regardless) all because she ‘didn’t see me pay for the item’. To prove myself, they stood there adding up the price of the two items I had paid for to see if it matched the amount of change I had in my hand! Absolutely disgraceful treatment, the foreign security woman working on Thursday night shouldn’t be allowed to have a job, neither should the colleague working on the self-service who clearly needs retraining. I’ll be sure to make another visit to take their photographs and names and will be reporting them accordingly. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR!!!!!!!

  Got food poisoning from some houmous, 12 DAYS past use by date when we bought it. Check packaging carefully at this store! Tesco didn't

  I love coming to this Tesco, all the workers are so happy and smiley, i like to see that they seem to be in groups of 2 working or they are stopping to have a chat without management burning down their throats, work should be a happy place and as long as they awknowledge and help a customer, which they always do, i find it great that the people here seem to be friends with their colleagues and that has struck me compared to other big tescos. Everyone has a smile on their face and always willing to help. Wish i could afford to do my big shop here but i love to pop in for the things you cant get at Aldi as they have such a good range, and the clothes are always great quality. Till staff always chatty and friendly i understand why older people shop here. And the cafe is best supermarket cafe ive ever been to!
