Vegetrian breakfast. Luke warm. Insufficient butter for toast. Obviously using portion control on both butter and baked beans. Beans in a little pot and not like photo on advert . Presentation lacking as did just look like a few items placed on a plate, which I suppose it was. Just unappealing. Items well cooked, shame not hot. Service prompt and friendly. Overall bit disappointing.

The Tesco Café at Copdock is a lovely place to visit for a high quality drink and something lovely to eat. The staff are always very welcoming and friendly, even during the most busy parts of the day. Since the introduction of the four ordering screens, it is much quicker to order, without queueing, but they don't seem to have any more staff to keep up with higher demand. Despite this, the staff always retain their patience and sense of humour, even though it seems like some customers are too ignorant to realise that, when it is very busy, it will inevitably take longer to prepare hot food and drinks, made fresh to order.

Staff always pleasant, Copdock Ipswich. Food hot and reasonably priced. It's very noisy but it's busy so cannot be helped. Veg sausages not very nice now.

We just had breakfast and I have to say it was the worst thing I have eaten in a long time. Smashed avocado on toast with bacon and egg. The toast was so hard I had trouble eating it. The egg was cold and the avocado when I blinked I missed it!! Shocking but unfortunately was on a timescale so couldn’t ask for it to be re made Never again
