    I used the app to order and accidentally made an order to this location. Unfortunately the app is unintuitive with location setting and didn’t pick up that I wasn’t anywhere near here but still processed the order to this location. I spoke to the manager “Nav”, who wasn’t willing to give his name and I’m not sure if that is his real name from Cardinal park and dismissed my request and said they don’t do refunds. Even though they have previously. Customer service contacted me and were helpful the first time but this occasion did not. As a customer I’m upset that I spent money and won’t be able to eat but the customer service advisor did not understand this, even went as far to say I’m being manipulative and twisting his words. He also raised his voice and talked over me.

    Very poor customer service, I had told the worker what I wanted in my sandwich, she then proceeded to add something I did not want nor ask for and said that it was apparently fine to do that and that she’d just pick it out herself, when I asked if she could make a new one as she added something I did not ask for she said I would have to pay for a new one even though she messed it up. The cookies were not on display and all of the produce was mixed up and not clean I’m very displeased.

    Twice I’ve ordered subway and both times they’ve missed off the cheese and didn’t toast the bread.
