  ordered food, delivery accepted, literally never arrived. still says it’s on the way hours later. no answer to the phone. ridiculous.

  My kids love ❤️ pizza 🍕 from here. It’s really good value, friendly staff & quick whenever I go in so pizza is hot 🔥 when I take it home 👍

  Delivery driver said that they didn't have the drink we ordered in, instead of ringing to offer an alternative, they just didn't bring any drink

  Possibly the worst pizza I've ever eaten. Pappa johns used to be ok years ago actually god knows what has happened The ipswich shop however though is particularly bad. Skimp on toppings like we are going through rationing. They are ALWAYS cold, and once I ordered they never actually delivered and months later still struggling to get my money back. Give it another 3 months this branch will be closed down as the brand will want to spare its reputation Will never eat pappa johns again, even if I was starving to death id still rather eat the box it came in, less dry than the pizza.
