  We went for dinner and were told that it was for hotel guests only. The place was empty bar one family, so they turned away 3 paying diners for no reason other than their "policy" of not accepting people other than guests. Ah well, their loss as we spent our 120+ pounds elsewhere.

  Now Closed to the public, hotel guests only but they still have not updated the call answering system which says its open as is the booking page at the moment and they keep sending me offers even though it is closed. Total farce and incompetence.

  Did not realise that the place didn’t open for 45mins but was let in to go to the bathroom. What a brilliant small gesture. Thank you so much!
