  Good pub for a spot of lunch. Big seated garden and excellent choice of beers. Had the salt & chilli squid not the usual chewy battered thin offering definitely a step up here the mayo accompaniment was really choice. The seafood linguine was also good, but the sirloin was a bit middle of the road. Staff are lovely. We shall be back, but i will probably avoid the steak next time!

  Really enjoyable experience at The Kings Head. Initial impressions were great as we were greeted with a warm welcome from the helpful young man behind the bar who served us promptly and enthusiastically. Husband particularly enjoyed the ale and the food was first class! We will be back!

  Tara is one of the most wonderful hostesses I have had the pleasure to meet. So thoughtful and considerate of all customers, and works her socks off to ensure everyone enjoys their visit to The Kings Head. I will be back!

  Had a nice meal. Food was tasty. Asked beforehand if they accepted cash and was told yes. When paying the young bar tender declined our £50 note and said to go and change the money which we did. However, when giving some advice about making cash payer know when asking to pay cash, he rolled his eyes and mumbled something under his breath. This left a sour taste in my mouth unfortunately.
