You need to ditch just eat!! Ordered early for 18.30 delivery! Now saying 20.45 delivery! Rang restaurant for them to be very rude non helpful and they have no control over the delivery drivers! Absolutely disgraceful service!

The food at Five Guys Ipswich was good as usual, and everything came out fresh and tasty. However, the experience at the till could have been better. Gabriel, who took my order, came across as quite unfriendly and not particularly welcoming. I understand everyone has off days, but a little more warmth and friendliness when serving customers would have made the experience much nicer. The food itself was great, but I just wish the customer service had matched it.

Five guys is always great and this one was no exception however it was the smallest portion of regular fries we have ever recieved, not to sound greedy but when you are used to five guys chip portions and recieve a kfc size portion you feel cheated 🤣🤣
