AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Awful place. The customer service here is non existent. On two occasions now they have messed up and have taken no accountability whatsoever. Our order showed tracking in the app, which we watched go towards the other side of Ipswich and then all the way back to the store, and then said delivered. Myself and my partner phoned up and were told it was delivered they couldn’t do anything. We repeatedly told them it went to a completely different address in a different area. They said they’d get the driver to deliver again with 2 free drinks. Half an hour went past with no sign of delivery, we phoned again and spoke to someone different who said “I don’t know who told you that but I guess we’ll remake it and you won’t be getting any free drinks”. Another half hour had passed our order still wasn’t here. Phoned up again and was told “your order isn’t on our system”. We argued this and then finally they remade the order and got it sent out, after a lot of back and forth over the phone. So over an hour of waiting after paying £41 for 2 pizzas. This is absolutely disgusting service.

Appalling service, waiting over an hour for our order after it gets delivered to the wrong address. Called the store multiple times, each time a different person and no real customer support or concern at how long we were waiting. Told a different excuse each time, and then told our order wasn’t on their system! Had to argue so much just to get what we paid a lot for! Would not recommend!!

Communication with the customer is very bad, you don't care about the employees, their facial expressions are very bad, the food in service is also terrible

I use this Dominos often as I regularly get pizza’s for my staff for lunch. I’ve always had a good experience in there, the staff seem nice, especially Andrea. She’s very polite and always provides great customer service.
