  Pleasantly surprised. Screen was straight forward to use. Great korean salad rice bowl, simple ingredients but nicely prepared and delicious to eat. Lovely iced coffee. All served efficiently in a timely fashion.

  I visited the Tesco Café in Haverhill today and would like to share my feedback. After ordering my coffee, I noticed that the table was not clean, so I politely asked if it could be wiped. The staff member responded with “wait a moment” in a slightly abrupt tone, which made me feel unwelcome at that moment. However, shortly after, another staff member came over and, despite not speaking much, was very polite and professional. His attitude made a positive difference and helped me feel more comfortable and welcome. I believe customer experience is very important, and small details in communication and attitude can significantly impact how customers feel. I hope this feedback is helpful in maintaining and improving the overall service quality. Thank you.
