  I’ve been twice now on a Saturday morning around 8am. The staff member on the kiosk is appalling bad at customer service just ignores customers with zero interaction.

  All change not great too many pinch points items in random areas very confusing and makes it harder for people with memory problems to know where stuff is Thank you to the staff telling you where stuff is not the best layout but still go and see how it all ends up

  Absolute shambles! Shopped there for 8 years and all good. Now they are going through an endless refurb. Loads of empty shelves and missing products eg no pork or creme fraiche whatsoever, very limited wine selection. I could go on and on. Looking scruffy and messy with products in cardboard boxes. Chaos with narrow aisles, hoards of road rage Pickers, staff with large stock trolleys blocking customers and only 2 staffed tills. Everything keeps moving and the Helpers don't know where things are: I asked where the sweets were and a blank look. Floors dirty. Toilets shut. Dreadful experience. Off to Waitrose and Sainsbury.

  Total refit. Absolutely EVERYTHING has moved. No respect for the loyal customers who spend a year learning where everything is. My 35 minute shop took an hour. New, dark, narrow aisles. It’s like shopping in a subway. Or Lidls. Sainsbury’s for me.

  2 more months of chaos! Staff are amazing, but I'm struggling to find my shopping list. I'm spending £80 a week less and having to do multiple "top up shops" The person that is selecting what goes where, during the refit does not have a family, only shops online, but has an incredible sense of humour. Bread at the front, but at least 3 locations, nine near the bakery. Non alcoholic drinks in FOUR locations. Crisps throughout the store. Not found toilet rolls yet (starting to get desperate) I've been looking for Belvoir drinks for 5 visits. Biscuits? Staff are great, but I'm embarrassed to have to ask too many times. I've run out of coffee, I'm now drinking tea! 😀😀😀 A lighthearted moan, but I'm a little frustrated.
