  Visited a few times which has always been good. Having a renovation at the moment 23.06.26 So stuff is moving but staff on hand to help

  Great stop off point as beside A14 and much cheaper than roadside services. As well as the usual meal deals has a Costa so hot drinks if you need it and an own brand filling station next door.

  Staff member a lady on the lottery customer service help desk rude, had no customers at checkout and approached with a meal deal to buy and one box of cat food, all other tills had a que of people, the customer service desk didn't have one customer so I took my meal deal and one box of cat food which I had in a basket to pay for, and the rude staff member who seemed like she was having a bad day just said we can't take basket shopping here, I said it's only a lunch meal deal and box of cat food, she took my money and went on my way. but in the end was poor customer service as she didn't have any customers at the desk and was free, where as all other operated check outs had a ques and only have a short lunch break to call in and pick up a sandwich and go.
