  Toilet facilities small for size of restaurant. Had rub out of pump condiments. Food good and staff polite

  All staff were very friendly and had amazing customer service and communication between one another. The food was ready in great time and was a wonderful atmosphere when we sat down to eat. Thank you Five Guys!

  It's ridiculously expensive, 53 quid for 2 burgers chips and a drink each. To sit in an old little chef to put the price into context it's £15 more expensive than an equivalent McDonald's it's bonkers. Following the review response, it's very cut and pasted. The burger was a bit squashed, the small chips which is a 6oz cup wasn't full and the chips were cool, so about 20 cold chips is not quality. For that price I want it on a plate. My advice find a decent pub and eat there. As it happens I ate in a Wendy's today which would have been 13 quid each cheaper or half the price, it was not a lot different. It was massive, tasty and hot, loads of skin on chips. For the money difficult to fault.
