  the person that served me was a lowkey slay #lovemybaddie mya! my fries were ready quickly but the sauces are tragic! do not spend the money on sauce. go ransack the maccies for free sauce instead. lowkey expensive but worth it for the service. the building itself was pretty empty but that may be as it was around 5:15pm x

  Terrible service, ignored while staff chatted to each other. Tables are a mess with no one cleaning up. Burger was very greasy and the chips tasted soggy and reheated.

  I was very upset by the words and actions of the Bury St Edmunds manager today. She refused to let me order at the counter despite my explaining I did not understand the app or the kiosk. She attempted to help me at the kiosk and I managed to select the wrong offer. I then asked her to refund me so I could use the right offer. She refused even though my order had not been made yet. The food was tepid and she was rude. I have no idea why. I am a very polite pensioner and the restaurant was completely empty.
