  This is a filthy and smelly location that needs closing for a deep clean. There's smashed food trodden in all over the floor, the mens toilets stink with urine all over the floor. Honestly a packed lunch and pee in a bush would have been preferable

  It’s not too bad. But it really is small, so we just took our food to our car. It was super busy and loud too but we are travelling in the summer holidays. There’s a big grass area where if you have a dog they could stretch their legs. The Greg’s linked to it was handy too!

  Right where do I start!! Firstly if I could've given a zero I would've done, how can a food restaurant stay open with toilets in the state they are? No way they are cleaned every day or checked, I was nearly sick after walking into the lady's this afternoon there was used toilet paper on floor in cubicles the sanitary bins were over flowing with used nappies, pads and god knows what else and the smell was awful, my husband used the men's and said that they was wee over the floor by urinals, and it stunk of stale wee, no hand soap and the sinks were corroded with slime around the taps, the main floor in shop had rubbish all over it, not a very nice place to visit unless u want to catch ecoli, burger king you really need to get a grip and sort this, you charge enough for food, so at least you can do is give customers nice decent toilets to use

  Just stopped at the BK at Barton Mills. Absolute disgrace to the franchise. The food took forever to come out, and when it did, the burger looked like it been put together by a blind toddler. To top it off, they were only serving drinks in bottles which were all warm (probably not helped by the fact that they were taken out of the fridge before they even started cooking our food). I asked to swap it for a cold one, but they only had slightly less warm. The staff were just stood behind the counter talking when their time could have been better spent wiping tables as they were filthy. Next time we come this way, we will be using five guys across the road.

  Went in for a quick stop and couldn't find the new burger buddies on the self order kiosk. The staff we spoke to couldn't be bothered and just gestured he can't help us. The manager on duty who was lovely, came and said they should be on the the self order kiosk, was reluctant for us to come to the main order desk to order, so he came over to help us only to realise we were not being stupid but actually not on the self order kiosks. He brought us to the main counter to order after all this faff!!! Ita a 3* service because of the manager. Zero star for the staff
