  The normal delivery drivers are lovely, food is always good. However, today the driver quite literally drove up onto my garden and neglected to park on the street or my driveway which was rather odd, and my landlord is going to be *very* displeased when he sees the dips in the garden made by their car. If this is quality of delivery drivers going forward I'm going to take my business elsewhere. Damaging my garden to deliver pizza is insane. Throughout all the time I have lived here I have never had a driver park their car on my front lawn as seen in the photos. I didn't want the driver to see me but you can clearly see where my driveway stones are laid as well as where the grass is.

  Really helpful and kind and quick. Couldn’t order online in advance but the helped me when I got there. It was yummy. Thank you.

  I went for a collection after having ordered on the website. It said on the web, 12 - 17 mins. I got there within 15 mins. The info board said my food was ready. I let them know I was ready to pick up my food, they said it was not ready, then the info board was deleted. I saw multiple people handling the food with no gloves on, people who were doing other tasks and were touching other materials / equipment. I waited a further 10 - 15 mins in store. One guy apologised for the delay, gave me a free bottle of coke and said ‘Sorry for the delay there were only 2 of them working’. I got my food home. It was luke warm at best. The base of the pizza was paper thin. So when i went to eat it, all the topping fell off the pizza. I warmed in the microwave after my 1st piece and it was still dreadful. The ‘Stuffed Crust’ which I paid an extra £3.50 for was more like a lightly thin lining of the crust. The chicken wings were cold. Had a stomach upset afterwards. Absolutely terrible food prep standards, poor food, worst value for money ever. Had paid around £28, expect much better, feel ripped off. Think I will stick to the quality of an Aldi Pizza for a fraction of the price. I will never use the Dominoes brand again.

  Wife messed up online order, she thought she ordered pepperoni but was only a cheese pizza. The team there didn’t hesitate and instead of just adding pepperoni as most would have done. This team went above and beyond and made her a fresh new pepperoni pizza. Actions like this is why they have not only earned my respect but all my future business. Well done thank you

  Do not use this place. Terrible service. Food takes 45 minutes to get to you stone cold. Delivery drivers are very nice so this is not aimed at them. The staff on the phone are very rude and no help at all. Use the one in mildenhall.
