We came in thinking it was £25 for two, but were told it was off today.
Yet, even tho that disappointed us, the service and food were excellent!!!
Our waiter Arvo did a fantastic job and was a joy to talk too.

This was our 2nd visit after a fisaco with no ovens working and us going elsewhare.
Nice place with large menu however we had a young girl who was obviously nervous and possibly on her first main shift and it showed with order taking and service (missed items on order). This was then not helped by an older gentleman who took over service and was a little abrupt.
Could do better but nice food.

We were greeted warmly on arrival, and swiftly shown to our table. Excellent service from Arvo, who was polite, cheery, and very attentive. The food was delicious. My wife and I had the Beef Ragu, our daughter had the Ceasar Salad. We also had the Mozzarella Garlic Bread. The food was as previously mentioned delicious, and there was generous portions. My wife had Honeycomb Cheesecake, and I had the Raspberry Cheesecake. Both were delicious. To finish off we had Americano, and Mocha coffees. All in all, a very pleasant experience, in beautiful surroundings. Very reasonable prices. We will be back*****

Had dinner at Zizzi’s Sunday evening on a busy holiday weekend. can’t rate the staff and service highly enough. we were travelling with a disabled family member and booked the table at short notice on the day after speaking with John to make sure all was good for access. The table was perfect, food was great and John and his team were amazing; took a lot of time and care and really made the meal special. Huge thanks and we would definitely be back.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint about our experience at your restaurant on Friday 24th where I had booked a table for six people at 7:00pm.
At the time of booking, I clearly noted that one member of our party uses a wheelchair and another requires two walking sticks. Despite this, our arrival experience was extremely poor and did not reflect an appropriate level of consideration for accessibility needs.
When we arrived, we waited approximately 10 minutes without any acknowledgement from staff. There was a staff member behind the bar, but when I approached him to ask for assistance, his response was dismissive: “I’m sure someone will be there soon.” No effort was made to check our booking or assist us.
After further waiting, my sister went into the restaurant to find someone. She was again told someone would come shortly. When a member of staff eventually arrived, there was no apology for the delay. Despite our confirmed booking, she stated, “I’ll see if we have a table,” which was both surprising and concerning.
We were then led into the restaurant. There are two access routes: a ramp and a set of three steps. Given the clearly visible mobility needs within our group, it was inappropriate that the staff member chose the stairs and proceeded ahead at a pace that was not manageable for our party.
More concerning was that we were directed to a table at the very back of the restaurant, despite there being several suitable and more accessible tables available at the front.
At this point, another member of staff approached us and suggested we move to a more accessible table near the front. This individual introduced himself as the General Manager. We took the opportunity to raise our concerns about the lack of service, the extended wait, and the disregard for the accessibility information provided at booking.
His response was dismissive and unprofessional. He stated that the restaurant was busy and implied that we could either stay or leave, as it made no difference to him. However, this was simply not accurate — the restaurant was not busy, and there were many empty tables visible at the time. This made both the delay and the handling of our booking even more difficult to understand.
When we advised that we would be leaving and submitting a formal complaint, he responded that all complaints come to him anyway.
This entire experience was extremely disappointing. Beyond the poor customer service, the lack of attention to accessibility requirements is particularly concerning and falls well below what should be expected.
I would appreciate a formal response addressing these concerns, including what steps you will take to ensure this does not happen again.
