  AVOID DELIVERY!!! - Food can be a hit or a miss from this place, the main issue is the delivery service! I ordered food via the app and after over an hour of waiting it was still yet to be sent out for delivery ended up cancelling the order. Another time I waited 1hr30mins for the food to arrive, when it did it was stone cold, no lids on drinks so it was spilled everywhere and there’s often stuff missing.

  Went to the drive through Inshes Macdonald’s today afternoon made my order the server didn’t complete the order correctly the shift manager said it wasn’t on the receipt Had to go into the restaurant to get the rest of my order which defeats the purpose of the drive through. Shocking! Service especially from a shift manager. Not the first time this has happened won’t be going back.

  Really disappointed with this order. When it arrived, the coffee had completely spilled inside the bag, soaking everything and even spilling all over someone else’s order. It was a complete mess and obviously meant that some of the food/drinks couldn’t be enjoyed properly. What made it worse was trying to get a refund afterwards. The customer service/help I received was really unhelpful, and I was left feeling like there was very little interest in actually resolving the issue. I understand that things can go wrong with deliveries, but when an order arrives in this state, I would expect McDonald’s to take responsibility and make the situation right. Unfortunately, the whole experience was really frustrating

  These wonderful folks are always bright and cheery first thing in the morning (no idea how this happens... Maybe the coffee fumes) but never had a bad cup from these guys. The drive through is always on the ball, and get you on your way, quickly with a steaming cup of jump start! Brilliant team.

  Absolutely ridiculous service. I Went through the drive thru. The cashier purely ignored me, didn't ask for payment, didn't hand me the card machine to pay. The cashier wasn't even taking an order at this time. Pure silence. Honestly didn't think anyone was in the room whilst I was waiting. I drove forward, that's when I saw the cashier hiding in the opposite corner off the room from the tills Bad management and customer service. Ended up leaving without my order as they refused to accept my payment at a different window, I was told to drive forward to the other till which wasn't In use, then I got told to drive back around and re wait in a que. Absolute joke
