  Honestly, the food at Zizzi was actually really good, fresh, tasty, and well prepared. But the overall experience was completely ruined by the waiter’s attitude. Extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional from the moment we sat down. Felt like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. It’s a shame because the kitchen clearly does a great job, but good food means nothing when the service makes you uncomfortable the entire time. Definitely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a restaurant.

  Very nice place to have some Italian food. Location is prime and the setting itself is amazing. It is inside the Princes Square. They have bunch of locations across the UK. You won’t be disappointed. We tried 2 pasta dishes and tiramisu. Both were great. Price portion ratio is fair also. Recommended if you are in the area.

  We went on a sunday around 5pm. The service was really quick! I ordered the vegan rainbow lasagne and my friend the pollo milenase. They accidentally burned the lasagne and the manager said that the food would be a bit longer as he wasnt happy serving that and was getting it remade for us! Gave us a round of drinks too as an apology for the wait. I was very happy with the service and the other waiting staff were lovely aswell. The food was amazing, will definitely be back.

  Just wanted to give a special mention to Blanca (I’m so sorry if I spelled that incorrectly), she helped my friend and I (both students) incredibly kindly and patiently when trying to redeem tesco vouchers for the meal. If she hadn’t been so understanding and kind, I would have given up. The food was also delicious (although I would stick to pasta and pizza) and the beer cold and interesting! A lovely evening in Glasgow ❤️
