come in for a takeaway while dealing with a migraine, and one of the servers was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She encouraged me to take a seat while I waited and even brought me some green tea, which was such a caring gesture and really appreciated at the time.
She was so pleasant, friendly, and genuinely attentive. Customer service like that really makes a difference, and it turned a difficult day into a much better one. Thank you again!

This was honestly one of the most disappointing dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. The ramen broth tasted like hot water mixed with bouillon or a cheap instant ramen seasoning packet, with absolutely no richness, depth, or care put into it. I’ve genuinely had better flavor from supermarket instant ramen at home. And about the chicken topping: the menu said it was marinated, but it honestly tasted like it had simply been boiled in water without any seasoning or preparation. The curry was just as bad — bland, flat, and completely lacking any real seasoning or character. For the prices they charge, the quality was shockingly poor and felt like a complete waste of money. The only decent part of the experience was the service, since the staff were polite and attentive, but unfortunately good service cannot save food this bad. We definitely will not be returning.

Chili chicken ramen was bland, had to add chilli oil and seasoning to make it taste of something, not good at all. Chicken Katsu was dreadful, spoke to the manager about how the chicken looked and tasted and was told it was freshly made in the morning but reheated within an inch of its life. This used to be a great wagamama but unfortunately it's overpriced and we'll below average.
