  Have just been here and the fries were a complete disgrace. I'd say these must have been recooked at least twice, most likely 3 times, and yet somehow were still cold. The outside was a really dark brown on all the fries with the side where the potato skins were practically black, completely dry, every single one we tried, and shriveled. There was barely any potato inside, due to them being recooked so many times. I've recooked chips myself at home, and there isnt a huge amount of difference if you just do it once, so these have easily been sitting about for a long long time, just being recooked whenever someone places an order. Absolutely disgrace when you're paying £6 for an order. Burger was good, but due to how disgraceful the fries were, won't be back. Really really bad.

  £12 for a squashed burger (a variation on smashed?). Watched the server scoop the fries and pour them into the paper bag. 14 min wait. It’s as if they were trying to to ensure I felt robbed!

  Always excellent food and fabulous friendly service from these guys. Super friendly female manager on shift just now when we bought food. Asked if we could leave a tip and she kindly explained about new hmrc rules.
