    Absolutely ridiculous service from this Subway. This is now the SECOND order in a row they’ve messed up. A few days ago they forgot my sauces, and today they somehow forgot the entire chicken breast from my sandwich. How do you even send out a chicken sub without the chicken? To make it even worse, when I called the store to sort it out, they hung up on me instead of helping. That level of customer service is honestly unacceptable. It’s frustrating paying full price just to receive incomplete food every single time. Clearly nobody is checking orders before they go out, and staff don’t seem interested in fixing their mistakes either. Won’t be ordering from this location again.

    Black haired woman in subway does not do her job. Not only does she get every order wrong, she was playing with a gerkin and laughing at it while she was meant to be doing someone’s order. I believe this woman is not qualified for minimum wage and should be fired.

    The store is open to orders, with taking orders at the door with contactless payment.The staff are brilliant.
