  Paid over the odds for a mediocre, portion controlled footlong sub and was informed by the jobsworth behind the counter that I couldn't get sweetcorn on only half of my sandwich - it had to be the full sandwich or no sweetcorn at all!! So much for choosing the fillings on MY sandwich, that I'D paid for! When I asked her to make it make sense to me, she mumbled something about "company policy" and some other nonsense, eventually saying "I'll do it this time" - as if she was doing me a favour for giving me less of something on a sandwich I'd paid £11 for! 🤡 If I hadn't paid for it in advance (schoolboy error) I'd have walked out. If my daughter hadn't been with me I'd have launched it across the counter. This service station used to be a fantastic place to visit, but since the new owners took it over, they've ruined it - you only have to look at the many one star reviews as evidence. If only ZERO stars was an option.... AVOID

  Foot long dippers clearly hadn’t been toasted, tasted horrible and was soggy. I am absolutely disgusted with Subway.

  Ordered online from just eat. The toasted chicken tikka sub was not toasted when it was supposed to be. I got a salad box and there was hardly anything in it. I was shocked by the meagre amount. Won't order again.

  Stood and waiting with my son for 10/15 minutes and the 2 members of staff hadn't even said hello at this point sk we left. Shocking service and will definitely not be using again.
